JOYCE'S BEST FANTASY FUDGE
I have been making this since 1959. They have changed the recipe on the jar since. This is the best!

3 cups sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk (I use 5 oz. can Pet milk)
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
12 oz. bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

In saucepan, cook sugar, milk and butter. Boil for 5 minutes or to soft-ball stage (238°F on candy thermometer), stirring constantly. Stir in chocolate chips until melted. Stir in remaining ingredients. Beat until well blended.

Pour into greased 9x13-inch pan. Allow to cool, then cut into squares.

Cooks Note: Use of a candy thermometer is recommended.

I love this old-school recipe! It's so rich and delicious, and the marshmallow creme is just the perfect amount of sweetness to balance everything else. Thank you Joyce for sharing this recipe.
