CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 c. cranberries
1 c. apples
2 oranges, sections (also grated peelings from 1 orange)
1 c. sugar

Note: It's easier to grate the orange peel before removing from orange.

Put cranberries, apples and orange sections through coarse disk of a meat grinder or coarsely chop ingredients in a food processor.

Add sugar and only the orange portion of the orange peels (the white is bitter). Nuts may also be added if desired.

May be refrigerated for 2 to 3 weeks.
