MUSTARD SEED DILL PICKLES 
Scrub 25 to 30 (4 inch) cucumbers.

3 c. water
3 c. vinegar
6 tbsp. salt (plain)
Fresh dill
Mustard seed
Garlic

Wash cukes. Make brine of vinegar, salt and water. Bring to a boil. Place generous layer of dill, 1/2 to 1 clove garlic and 1 teaspoon mustard seed in bottom of each quart jar. When jar is 1/2 full put another layer of dill in jar. Finish packing with cukes. Fill jar with brine and seal. Can process 15 minutes in boiling water bath.
