1 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. water
1 can refried beans
1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
1 c. salsa
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Sour cream

Grease pie plate; mix Bisquick, water and beans. Spread in pie plate; layer remaining ingredients. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with sour cream.
