NO BAKE FUDGE OATMEAL COOKIES

1 stick butter
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. cocoa

Bring to a full rolling boil and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat.

3/4 c. peanut butter
5 to 6 c. oats (quick cooking)
1 tsp. vanilla

Drop on wax paper to harden.
