OVEN SWISS STEAK 
Round steak (lg. or serving pieces)
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1/2 to 1 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 sliced green pepper
16 oz. can tomatoes, chopped and drained, retain juice
1 1/2 tbsp. A-1 steak sauce
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch

You may want to spray pan with Pam. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place round steak on bottom of baking pan. Top with onion soup mix, mushrooms, green pepper and tomatoes. In a small bowl combine cornstarch, juice from tomatoes, A-1 sauce. Mix thoroughly and pour over meat. Cover pan with foil or lid. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Continue for 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. Watch closely last 30 minutes.
