LEMONADE PIE 
Whip cream (1 sm. bowl)
6 oz. condensed milk (sm. can)
9 oz. frozen lemonade concentrate
Lemon peel, grated
1 tsp. lemon juice
Graham cracker pie shell

Mix condensed milk, whip cream together until creamy. Blend in frozen lemonade. Add additional lemon juice. Pour into graham pie shell. Freeze until thickens (about 3 hours). Garnish with lemon rind.
