HAWAIIAN CHICKEN 
2 frying chickens (cut up) (12-14 pieces)
1/4 c. Mazola oil
1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. Karo syrup (red or blue label)
1 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. ginger

Combine all ingredients and brush on chicken pieces. Bake at 375 degrees for 55 minutes to 1 hour. Baste with mixture 2-3 times. Serves 6-8.
