SOY GLAZED CHICKEN | |
1 lg. can sliced pineapple, in own juice 1/4 c. soy sauce 1 tsp. instant minced onion 1/2 tsp. ground ginger 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 2 to 2 1/2 lb. frying chickens, quartered Place chicken in shallow pan. Mix 1/4 cup pineapple juice with soy sauce, onion, ginger and garlic powder. Pour over chicken and bake at 375 degrees until done. Baste often. Remove chicken from pan. Heat pineapple slices in pan drippings. |
