HAM/VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
4 c. ham, cubed
4 lg. potatoes, cubed
4 lg. carrots, sliced
4 stalks celery, cubed
2 lg. onions, cut up
2 c. peas
Salt & pepper to taste

Put ingredients in 9"x13" pan. Make a white cream sauce to cover vegetables. Bake for 1 hour or until the vegetables are cooked at 350 degrees.
