CELESTIAL PUMPKIN PIE 
1 (4 oz.) pkg. Jello vanilla pudding filling
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. butter
1 (16 oz.) can mashed pumpkin
1 c. whipped topping (Cool Whip)
1 baked pie shell

Combine pie filling mix, sugar, spices, salt in saucepan. Stir in milk and butter. Cook as directed on package. Remove from heat and blend in pumpkin. Then return to heat and cook until bubbly, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and chill at least 2 hours. Garnish with whipped topping and pecan halves, if desired. This can be prepared the day before serving.
