HAMBURGER QUICHE 
1 unbaked 9 inch pastry shell, reg. or deep dish
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. (1/2 lb.) chopped cheddar or Velveeta cheese
1/2 tsp. dry minced onion

Brown meat. Drain fat, set aside. Blend next 4 ingredients until smooth. Stir in meat, cheese, onion and pepper. Turn into pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown on top and knife in center comes out clean.
