GRAHAM CRACKER CAKE 
3/4 stick butter
1 1/8 c. sugar
2 eggs, separated
1 1/8 c. milk
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
2/3 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder

Cream together butter and sugar. Add egg yolks, beaten and milk; mix. Stir in graham cracker crumbs, flour and baking powder. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Test cake for doneness by inserting a toothpick in center of cake. When it comes out clean cake is done.
