SWEET LOHSHEN KUGEL 
12 oz. of broad noodles
6 apples, peeled and cut up small
1/2 c. raisins
8 oz. cottage cheese
6 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. sugar (more if you like)
1/4 tsp. cinnamon (opt.)
1 can crushed pineapple, may be substituted for the apples

Boil the noodles until almost done. Drain. Mix the apples, raisins, cinnamon and 2 tablespoons sugar to the warm noodles. Add the cottage cheese. Add the eggs. Oil or butter a rectangular baking dish. Pour in the pudding mixture and smooth. Top with bread crumbs and sugar. Dot with butter or drizzle corn oil over the top.

Top with pineapple rings and a little jam in the center of each ring. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown.

This is a good recipe, but do follow the suggestion to add more sugar. I used 3 tbsp. sugar and 3 tbsp. brown sugar, plus 1 tbsp. sugar on top, and it was noticeably not that sweet. I'd recommend adding some salt too.
