4 skinned and boned chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 stick butter

Melt butter. Dip chicken in butter. Put bread crumbs and cheese in plastic zipper bag, mix. Put in chicken and shake. Place in single layer on foil lined cookie sheet. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
