BETH'S VEGETABLE BEEF SOUP | |
Broth 24 oz. V-8 juice 2 lg. cans College Inn beef broth (50 oz.) Chopped onions Chopped carrots Chopped celery Other vegetables as desired i.e. peas, beans, corn or lima beans Chopped, cooked beef as desired. Cooked lg. noodles Simmer all ingredients on low to medium burner. Add cooked noodles just prior to serving. Salt and pepper to taste; garlic powder optional. Will probably need to add more water as noodles absorb water. |
