BUTTER GLAZE SOUP 
1 large turkey leg, cooked and picked off bone (save broth)
1 tbsp. salt
1 bag egg noodles
6 slices toasted bread, crumbled
1 tsp. allspice
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1/3 c. melted butter

Mix noodles, broth and turkey. Start cooking this mixture.

In large bowl, mix crumbled toast, egg, milk, butter and allspice. Take 1 tablespoon of this mix and roll into a ball and drop into cooking noodles (should have 10 to 12 balls). After all mixture is made into balls and cooking in noodles, cover and reduce heat and continue cooking about 10 minutes.

Best after Thanksgiving and Christmas.
