EASY CHICKEN CACCIATORE 
2 1/2 lb. broiler or fryer, cut up
2 tsp. oil
2 cans Italian style stewed tomatoes
1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
2 c. sliced mushrooms
1 c. sliced zucchini
1 tsp. basil (crushed)
Hot cooked pasta

Brown chicken in oil 10 minutes, turning occasionally. Drain. Add tomatoes, paste, mushrooms, zucchini and basil, salt and pepper to taste. Cover and simmer 25 minutes. Serve over pasta.
