"VEGGIE DIP" 
1 c. non-fat plain yogurt
1/2 tbsp. minced dry onion
1/2 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tbsp. dill weed
1/8 tsp. minced garlic

Blend all ingredients together. Keep refrigerated until ready to use. Serve with your favorite vegetables or chips. Very low calorie!
