BROWNIES AND FROSTING 
Frosting:

1 1/3 c. sugar
6 tbsp. milk
6 tbsp. butter
6 oz. chocolate chips

Mix all together, except chocolate chips, and bring to a full rolling boil for 30 seconds. Remove from heat. Add chocolate chips. Stir to creamy consistency. Spread on brownies.

Brownies:

1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 can chocolate syrup
1 c. + 1 tbsp. flour

Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs, chocolate syrup and flour. Mix well. Pour into greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes.
