COLESLAW 
1 head cabbage, shredded fine
1 med. onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced

DRESSING:

1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. horseradish sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
Paprika, sprinkle over top

Mix cabbage, onion and green pepper in large bowl. Mix dressing, increasing amount if needed for larger cabbage size. Pour over slaw and mix well. Chill well, at least 1 hour before serving. Sprinkle paprika over top.

Note: If you include part of the cabbage core, it gives a tangy flavor to slaw.
