CREAMY COLE SLAW 
Shredded cabbage (about 1 lg. size)
2 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tbsp. white vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. salt
3 med. carrots, shredded
1-2 tsp. horseradish

Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, evaporated milk, salt and grated horseradish (if desired) in medium bowl with wire whisk. Place shredded cabbage and carrots in large bowl. Pour creamy mixture into cabbage mixture and stir until well mixed.
