LEMON COLESLAW 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1/.4 c. fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. white vinegar
1 tbsp. horseradish
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 red pepper, julienned
1/2 green pepper, julienned
1/4 red onion, julienned
1 carrot, shredded
8 c. cabbage, shredded
2 tsp. grated lemon peel

Combine first 10 ingredients in large bowl. Whisk to blend. Refrigerate until cold.

Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl. Toss with dressing, season to taste and serve.
