EGG ROLLS - EASY 
2 c. shredded cabbage
1 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. chopped onion
Salt
Pepper
Soy sauce
1-2 c. chopped cooked chicken, turkey or tiny shrimp
1 pkg. egg roll skins

Steam vegetables. Season with salt, pepper and soy sauce. Add chopped meat and drain. Heat oil. Fold egg rolls according to package directions. Fry in hot oil until golden brown; drain.
