PERFECT PIE CRUST 
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
Salt (about 1/2 tsp.)
1 c. CRISCO
1 tbsp. vinegar

Mix vinegar in milk, let set. Measure flour and sift with salt. Cut in shortening until particles are pea size. Stir in liquid ingredients. This recipe makes two double or four singles. For shells bake at 450 degrees about ten minutes. Cut recipe in half for single pie.

This pie crust recipe freezes well (shape into four individual patties, wrap in cellophane and freeze). The crust is also easier to work with when refrigerated prior to being rolled out.
