STUFFED VEAL POCKET 
1 lg. onion
1/2 green pepper
1 clove garlic
1 stalk celery
Diced parsley leaves
Paprika
Seasoning
2 c. bread cubes
1 egg
1/4 c. water
1 grated carrot

Saute first 7 ingredients; blend remaining ingredients and add to first mixture. Carefully stuff into pocket and roast in slow oven (325 degrees). Baste frequently!
