CHOCOLATE COVERED CHAMBORD STRAWBERRIES | |
1 pt. strawberries 16 oz. semi sweet chocolate 6 oz. chambord 2 oz. super fine sugar Double boil saucepan with water with steel mix bowl over top. Add semi sweet chocolate to mix bowl. Stir occasionally when melted. Add 6 ounce chambord and 2 ounces super fine sugar and stir. Turn heat off, dunk strawberries to the top of stem and place on wax on steel pan and chill. |
