CHILI CHICKEN 
1 pkg. tortillas (cut into 2" strips)
1 can chili con carne
1 sm. jar salsa
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 chicken, precooked & boned
Drippings from chicken
2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Bake chicken in pan. Save drippings. Pull chicken off bones. Mix salsa, soups, chili and chicken drippings. Layer (about 2 layers) in 11 x 14 inch pan in following order: Chicken, tortillas, onion and soup mixture. Top with shredded cheeses. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
