GREEN CHILI ENCHILADAS 
1 lb. ground beef, lightly browned
1 med. onion, chopped
1 sm. can chopped green chili peppers
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Tortilla chips
Grated cheese

Lightly brown ground beef, add chopped onion and green chilies. Simmer about 5 minutes. Add cans of soup. Mix well and heat to boiling. Grease casserole dish and line with tortilla chips. Pour in meat and soup mixture. Top with grated cheese and bake until cheese melts.
