GREEN CHILI ENCHILADAS 
1 lb. hamburger
Garlic to taste
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 lg. can crushed tomatoes
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can milk
1 can chiles
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Flour tortillas

Brown hamburger with garlic and onion in skillet. Add tomatoes, enchilada sauce and chiles. Let simmer for 1 hour. Add milk, using enchilada sauce can, and cubed Velveeta. Heat until cheese is melted. Serve over flour tortillas.
