PINK SALAD 
1 can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. sugar
1 pkg. Jello (sm.), any flavor (strawberry)
8 oz. cream cheese
1 can of evaporated milk

Boil together crushed pineapple and 1/2 cup sugar for 5 minutes. Add Jello and then add cream cheese. Cool. Then pour the above into a blender and add the milk. Mix a few seconds and pour into a dish and put into refrigerator.
