TOMATO BEEF 
2 c. cubed top round, dusted with flour
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1 med. green bell pepper, chopped
2 cans Contadina stewed tomatoes

Brown meat in small amount of cooking oil. Add stewed tomatoes (including juice). Add all chopped vegetables. Stir in gravy. Simmer until thickened. Serve over rice. Best prepared in an electric skillet. 4 servings.

GRAVY:

1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
2 tbsp. ketchup
1/2 c. water

Mix in a quick shake container for no lumps.
