BEEF STEW WITH TOMATO SAUCE 
8 oz. cubed beef
2 c. tomato juice
1 can tomato sauce (4 oz.)
Dash of thyme, bay leaf, pepper, salt
3 med. onions
3 med. carrots

Brown meat. Add tomato juice, tomato sauce and spices; cook until tender. Cube onions and carrots. Cook until tender.
