SAVORY SEAFOOD CHOWDER 
6 oz. crab meat
1/4 lb. tiny shrimp
8 oz. minced clams
4 strips bacon, diced
1 garlic clove, minced
2 c. potatoes, diced
1 c. dry white wine
Salt and pepper
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 (16 oz.) cream style corn
3 c. milk
1 c. half and half
1/2 c. chopped green onion
2 tbsp. minced parsley

Reserve liquids from cans of seafood. Cook bacon and garlic in large saucepan until bacon is crisp. Add potatoes, reserved liquids, wine, salt and pepper and thyme. Cover and simmer 15-20 minutes until potatoes are tender.

Add crab, shrimp, clams, corn, milk, half and half, green onions, and parsley. Heat to simmer. Do not boil. 6-8 servings.
