OLD FASHIONED POTATO SALAD 
6 lg. potatoes, cubed & boiled
2 c. celery, finely chopped
1 c. sweet pickle, chopped
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. sweet pickle juice
1 tsp. brown sugar
4 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
1 lg. carrot, grated
2 tbsp. cream or evaporated milk
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt or celery salt

Mix potatoes with eggs, celery, onion, pickle, and carrot. In separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, cream, pickle juice, mustard, brown sugar and salt. Mix well and toss carefully with potato mixture. Salt and pepper to taste.
