Potatoes
Onions
Eggs, boiled
Green pepper
Radishes

DRESSING:

2 c. whipping cream
2 tbsp. vinegar
Salt
Pepper

Cook potatoes with skins on, cool and peel. Dice potatoes, eggs and onions. Add diced peppers and radishes. Mix dressing ingredients and pour over salad. Add more cream if salad seems too dry. No amounts were given for the ingredients, but it always is a big hit at potlucks and picnics.
