AUTUMN SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
4 c. hot water
1 c. each cut up carrots, celery & potatoes
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
1 bay leaf
1 lg. can tomatoes or 6 whole fresh tomatoes
2 beef bouillon cubes

Brown hamburger in large pan. Add onions, cook 5 minutes more. Add water, carrots, celery, potatoes, tomatoes and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. 6 servings.
