AUTUMN PUMPKIN SOUP 
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. diced onion
1/4 c. diced green peppers
2 c. mashed, cooked pumpkin (1 can)
1 c. diced tomato
1 tsp. fresh parsley
1 tsp. dried marjoram
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
3 c. milk

In large pan melt butter and saute onions and green peppers until onions begin to turn golden. Add all other ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.
