KINGS CAKE 
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
4 eggs, separated
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 sq. bitter chocolate
Pinch of salt
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon

Cream sugar and butter. Add beaten egg yolks. Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with milk. Add vanilla and nutmeg. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.

Pour 1/3 of batter in separate bowl, and add melted chocolate. Spoon batter alternately into greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
