ECLAIR DELIGHTS 
1 lg. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
3 c. whole milk
8 oz. carton Cool Whip
1 tsp. vanilla
Graham crackers

Mix pudding with 3 cups milk until thick, then add Cool Whip and vanilla. Put a layer of crackers on bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan. Then half of pudding mixture, another layer of crackers and rest of pudding mixture.

FROSTING:

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. milk
1 stick butter
1/3 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla

Bring above ingredients to a boil on medium heat. Boil for 1 minute. Cool and pour on top of pudding mixture. Refrigerate for 24 hours.
