SOUR CREAM FRUIT SALAD 
1 pt. sour cream
1 can mandarin oranges
1 can crushed pineapple or tidbits
1 jar cherries
2 c. white mini marshmallows
1/2 - 3/4 c. coconut

Blend sour cream in medium sized bowl by hand. Drain fruit. Reserve some of the cherry juice. You may want to pull apart some of the oranges into smaller pieces. Use 3/4 of the cherries and save rest to garnish top. Quarter cherries for main salad. Add all fruit to sour cream and then remaining ingredients. Add cherry juice for color. Garnish with cherries. Best when made 3 or 4 hours ahead. Makes 3 to 4 cups.
