CHEESY CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 med. cabbage
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 jar cheese spread (Velveeta works also)
1/4 c. bread crumbs
Pepper
2 tbsp. butter

Cook cabbage until tender. Place 1/2 cabbage in greased dish, then 1/2 cheese spread and 1/2 soup. Sprinkle with pepper. Repeat layers. Top with bread crumbs. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
