PASTA PRIMAVERA 
1 (8 oz.) large bow ties or other pasta of your choice
1 sm. bag frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, broccoli florets and cauliflower)
1/2 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese plus additional at table
Salt & black pepper

Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and return to pot. While pasta cooks, steam the vegetables and add to pasta. In a deep skillet, simmer the cream, broth and cheese until slightly thickened. Pour over the pasta and vegetables. Season with salt and pepper. Toss over low heat until pasta is heated through and coated in sauce.
