CHEESE CAKE 
1 pkg. Zwieback crackers, crushed
4 tbsp. sugar
24 oz. (three 1 lb. pkg.) Philadelphia cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 beaten eggs

Make the crust by combining crushed crackers and sugar. Line a buttered spring mold pan and pat on crust. Blend the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Add to the beaten eggs. Pour it into the spring mold. Bake at 325 degrees. Cool 5 minutes. Cover with sour cream topping (recipe follows) and bake 10 more minutes.

TOPPING:

1 pt. sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
Dash vanilla

Refrigerate.
