FINNISH NUT CAKE 
1 c. sugar
5 eggs
1 c. ground nuts
1 c. ground Zwieback
1 tsp. baking powder
Raspberry jam
Cool Whip or whipped cream

Mix yolks of eggs with sugar. Mix ground Zwieback and ground nuts with baking powder. Add to first mixture. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into mixture. Bake in two layer pans in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Let cool. Spread bottom layer with raspberry jam and top layer with Cool Whip or whipped cream.
