BAKED CHICKEN REUBEN 
8 boneless, skinless split breasts
Salt and pepper to taste
1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
4 slices natural Swiss cheese
1 1/4 c. Thousand Island Dressing
1 tbsp. chopped parsley

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place chicken in greased baking casserole dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place sauerkraut over chicken; top with Swiss cheese.

Pour dressing evenly over cheese. Cover with foil and bake 1 1/2 hours. Sprinkle with parsley.
