VEGETABLE SALAD | |
16 oz. can green beans, drained 1/2 lb. frozen peas, steamed 5 min. & cooled 2 oz. can pimento, chopped 1 med. green pepper, chopped (opt.) 1/2 sm. onion, chopped (opt.) 5 or 6 pieces celery, chopped DRESSING: 1 c. sugar (sugar replacement can be used for all or part) 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. paprika 1/4 c. cooking oil 1/4 c. vinegar Mix in jar and shake well or mix in blender. Pour dressing over vegetables. Stir gently and refrigerate overnight before serving. |
