EBONY'S BEST CROCK-POT CHILI 
Tasty!!!

1/2 lb. ground beef (or venison)
1/2 lb. ground pork sausage
2 to 3 (15 oz. ea.) cans stewed tomatoes with celery and onion
2 to 3 (15 oz. ea.) cans chili beans
1 (15 oz.) can diced tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste
1 1/2 packets chili mix seasoning
1 1/2 cups water
3 carrots, thinly chopped (or 1/2 bag shredded)
2 tbsp. ketchup (Hunts)
2 tbsp. hot sauce
onion powder, to taste
garlic powder, to taste
cayenne pepper, to taste
salt, to taste

Brown the ground beef and pork sausage separately in skillet. Drain off any excess liquids before placing meat into Crock-Pot. Combine all remaining ingredients in Crock-Pot.

Cook for 8 to 10 hours on LOW or cook 5 to 6 hours on HIGH.

Serve with your favorite cornbread.
