CORN CASSEROLE 
2 cans creamed corn
2/3 c. canola oil
2/3 c. corn meal
2/3 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. bell pepper
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
2 eggs

Combine all ingredients.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
