SALMON LOAF 
1 lb. can salmon, drained and flaked
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 egg beater
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped green peppers
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced or pieces

Combine ingredients and pour into greased 8 x 8 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
